The Executive Director is an exempt, salaried employee hired by the Peace Place Board to work at least 30hours/week.
Supervision of Director of Operations and all staff positions based in Great Falls, MT.
developing and implementing the strategic plan in cooperation with the Board of Directors
hiring and training of qualified employees, grant writing and fundraising
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in social work, child development or related fields, with at least three years of experience is administration/management of non profit, social service organizations
Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office programs, Quick Books Pro, Google Docs and social media platforms
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications and public speaking
Documented success in fundraising
Must be willing to travel to Helena on a regular basis and across the state of Montana occasionally
Must be willing to complete all required training for childcare licensing in MT and pass all required background checks
This is an exempt, full time salaried position with a starting salary range from $41,600-$49,920 depending on education and experience.
