The Exhibit Hall is open 8 am - 8:30 pm on Friday, October 16, and from 8 am - 5 pm on Saturday, October 17. Exhibitor registration includes meals - lunches will be delivered to your exhibit. (The dinner will be served buffet style - we will help man your table if needed to allow you to get your dinner.)
An exhibit scavenger hunt will be provided to attendees - please consider donating a gift item or basket for prizes for those who complete the scavenger hunt. (More information will be provided after registration.)
EXHIBIT SPACE INFORMATION
PREMIUM EXHIBITOR - $500
Includes a premium exhibit location (including six foot table and two chairs) on the second level, one free full conference registration (including CEUs if needed), with meals. Free quarter-page ad in the conference program, and admittance to the “Meet the Speakers” Happy Hour on Friday.
REGULAR EXHIBITOR - $150
Includes an exhibit location (including six foot table and two chairs), and one free full conference registration (no CEUs), with meals.
INFORMATION ONLY BOOTH - $50
Includes a four foot by four foot exhibit table and one free conference registration, no meals.
